Yahoo Finance INVEST

In 2023, Yahoo Finance rebranded their annual event, “All Markets Summit”, into “INVEST”, which also became the first in-person event in 4 years!
For this exciting event, I led my team in creating a space that would welcome—and energize—business executives, thought leaders, and viewers from around the world into a lively discussion about where the global economy is headed, and emerging trends in business.

Our event look + feel leveraged edge-to-edge cityscape backgrounds and dynamic 3D elements that highlighted key themes throughout the curated discussions. We created custom printed collateral for the event space, digital video pillar animations, show GFX, and a digital marketing campaign to bring this brand new event to life.


Physical Space

Through closely working with the location owners at Moonlight Studios in NYC, we were able to identify areas for additional way-finding signage, custom window clings, seating/break areas, and branded photo-op backgrounds for attendees throughout the space.

The theater featured live interviews on stage, while each segment was streamed live on Yahoo Finance to viewers around the globe.


Run-Of-Show

In support of our Editorial team and Yahoo Finance anchors, I worked with my team to develop graphic packages, intro videos, and segments that connected each topic visually and strategically. A set of 3D icons were developed to symbolize different themes of the days events; Diversification, Engagement, and Insights. These icons were weaved throughout the show and event space to create a consistent look and feel, as well as reflect the building blocks of any sound investment strategy.


Marketing

Leading up to this marquee event, we distilled our new branding into a comprehensive marketing plan to spread awareness of the new re-brand, the event, encourage registrations, and add-to-calendar CTA’s.

Our marketing package consisted of a digital suite of paid media banners, O&O banners throughout the Yahoo brand ecosystem, CRM, social, and a dedicated landing page. In addition to our pre-event marketing, we followed up with post-event marketing that drove engagement to full recaps of the event and on-demand clips so our millions of viewers didn’t miss a minute.
